Craig Beddis is Hadean’s CEO. The company was founded in 2015 as a venture-backed startup – and says it is “reimagining distributed, spatial and scalable computing for web3 and the metaverse”. To date, Hadean has worked with organizations such as Microsoft, Minecraft, Epic Games, Sony, Gamescoin, Pilxelynx, Francis Crick, CAE, BAE, and more.
Hadean raised $30 million in funding in September of last year to build out its metaverse infrastructure technology. Molten Ventures led that Series A round with participation from 2050 Capital, Alumni Ventures, Aster Capital, Entrepreneur First, and InQTel. The Series A, along with an investment from Epic Games, went towards helping Hadean build out the company’s scalable, interoperable, and secure metaverse capabilities.
