Sygnum claims to be the first Swiss bank to open a metaverse hub and they have chosen Decentraland. Luka Müller is Co-founder and Chairman of Sygnum. Luka is also a Founding Partner of the law firm MME Legal Tax and Compliance based in Zurich and Zug.
The new metaverse hub will apparently feature a CryptoPunk receptionist, NFT gallery, and event space. It will also showcase the bank’s web3 product innovations and provide an entry point for investors into the metaverse economy. The space will officially launch to the public with a live stream event on September 27th.
Martin Burgherr, Sygnum chief clients officer, stated: “Our new metaverse hub is the natural place to showcase Sygnum’s Web3 innovations and provide a trusted entry point for investors into the fast-growing Future Finance economy.”
