Jeffry Kim reveals Ancient8 as a new strategic partner for XOCIETY to bring AAA gaming to web3. Together, they are planning to bring a highly polished gaming experience to web3, one that “values engagement above financial contribution”.
XOCIETY is described as a metaverse with shooter mechanics. Starting with a well-developed MMOTPS core, progressing to land and resource ownership with tokenomics and creator economy. The game and metaverse are being developed by a well-established team of over 50 developers with experience in the tech and web2 gaming fields.
The Lead Director is Jeffry Kim. He has 20+ years of experience as a Game Designer & Producer. He has served multiple leadership positions for NCSOFT, Nexon, 2K Sports. He has globally serviced game/platforms to 150+ nations, 40M+ downloads – including Lineage Eternal, Returners, Wars of Prasia, NC Universe and more.
The first opportunity to play XOCIETY will be through an upcoming NFT holder test, which will provide holders with regular access to the game every four months to experience and provide direct feedback.
