Lympo is a subsidiary of Animoca Brands. They are building a GameFi product ecosystem based on the officially licensed athlete’s non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Lympo’s products include NFT Minting and NFT Staking Platforms – as well as the upcoming sports-themed play-to-earn games like basketball manager and chess.
The new partnership and project “Build Your Own Fighter with Thug Rose” is a Digisport collectible NFT that offers an “engaging collect-and-earn experience for sports fans”.

The first game is “AI League: FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Edition”, developed by Altered State Machine, which is described as a 4-on-4 casual football game, played between AI-controlled characters.
The second is “FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022” in the Upland Metaverse, which is a collaboration with Upland and Me. Upland is a blockchain-based metaverse where players buy and sell virtual properties.
The third, “FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022” on Phygtl, is a collaboration with the fan engagement mobile application Phygtl.
Finally, the fourth game announced is “Matchday Challenge: FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Edition”. Matchday is described as a casual social prediction game based on football cards.
Mystic Moose is adding customizable features for its web3 game Planet Mojo and its community. Traditionally NFTs are limited to image-based, static assets but Planet Mojo’s Mojo Melee will be the first web3 game to use actual 3D models and animations as digital collectibles, “allowing users to fully express their unique style”.
The 3D “mod-able” Mojos will be customized using new items and collectibles to create a unique look that is completely player-owned. A wide range of clothing options such as hats, shirts, glasses, costumes, and more are available to help make each Mojo truly unique. These dress-up items will appear on Mojos during gameplay in Mojo Melee.

The first Club 3 location will open in Los Angeles, California, in the second half of 2023. It will be a 10,000-square-foot facility consisting of “diverse dining options, including a main dining room and a rooftop restaurant, eclectic bars and a cocktail lounge, meeting rooms, karaoke rooms, and other facilities”.

Mocaverse is Animoca’s official PFP NFT collection designed to strengthen the company’s ecosystem of web3 and metaverse-centric projects. Mocaverse comprises 8,888 NFTs of characters called Mocas, each belonging to one of five tribes: Dreamers, Builders, Angels, Connectors, and Neo-Capitalists. Each of the tribes is supposed to represent the “diverse personas of changemakers in web3”.
Owners of Mocas will have access to membership benefits including opportunities for learning together (such as expert AMAs and masterclasses), playing together (via game passes and exclusive in-game assets), building together (accelerator program), and doing good together (organizing and contributing to social causes).
Ambassadors of the Mocaverse include Jaeson Ma (Dreamer), Brian D. Evans (Connector), Aleksander Larsen (Builder), Sébastien Borget (Builder), WhaleShark (Angel), and Liberty City Ventures (Neo-Capitalist).

Swagger Society will apparently offer more than working out – through augmented reality (AR) games and virtual reality (VR) headsets. The fitness industry’s culture is similar to that of Web3, which places a major focus on incentivizing participation.
Last year, a new fitness-oriented category of blockchain gaming called move-to-earn (M2E) games tested the theory that rewarding consumers with crypto tokens would motivate them to exercise.
StepN reported $122.5 million in profits in the second quarter of 2022, and its ecosystem token GMT has a total market cap of over $231 million. Moreover, StepN says its users ran more than 104 billion miles in the process of earning their crypto last year.
Overlord’s mission is to invest in and build technology and experiences to onboard the first billion users into Web3. The company is headed up by the team behind the NFT project Creepz.
Spotify has started rolling out a function called token-enabled playlists, which allows users who hold specific NFTs to access exclusive content and interact with the music-hosting app differently.
Spotify is working with a startup called Overlord, which tweeted on Wednesday that the pilot would be available in the U.S., UK, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. Overlord said it would only be accessible on Android and to people holding Creepz NFTs.
Overlord is building a gaming and entertainment ecosystem. They have a game ecosystem at the core, with multiple games in development. Overlord is developing its IP with strategic media partners such as Stoopid Buddy Stoodios & ThreeSixZero. 
Starting yesterday, any community server in Discord can access this new feature set for up to 50 audience members. This is double the current limit of 25. Boosted servers will be able to host larger audiences — Tier 2 and Tier 3 servers have a max of 150 and 300 respectively. For all servers, five members can use video and share one screen.
