The CEO, Michael Chow is a former Riot Games employee who was executive producer of League of Legends: Wild Rift. Michael was also a cofounder of Words With Friends developer Newtoy. The Believer Company’s other co-founder is Steven Snow who serves as the chief product officer. Steven Snow was a founding member of Riot Games and was the executive producer of League of Legends.

Champions Ascension’s Massina is a theme-park metaverse where individuals can play, earn, socialize and create new content. The Champions come from many different worlds and backgrounds, but they have all arrived in “Massina to chase a dangerous, glorious dream: to conquer the Colosseum Eternal”.
Champions Ascension just revealed planned dates for the upcoming Elemental Eternals mint. This is a completely free mint, and features the second highest tier Characters that will be available in the game. In other news, the game, and apparently the entire team, have moved to a new company called Plai Labs – Johnny Casamassina is currently CCO. PlaiLabs also just raised $32 million from a16z.
The Proof Collective’s third NFT collection, Moonbirds Mythics, was also announced earlier this week. It will be a 20,000 PFP collection launching in early 2023.
Moonbirds DAO, a decentralized autonomous organization, will oversee licensing of the company’s Moonbirds NFT brand, granting trademark rights, and distributing funding to upcoming NFT projects.
The company’s leadership also shared its progress on the upcoming launch of the Proof social platform, which will enable users to showcase their NFT collections and provide data-driven insights into the NFT industry. Proof also revealed plans to release an eponymous token, with more details to come sometime in 2023.
