They aim to secure the new disruptive class of crypto assets: Financial assets like cryptocurrencies or Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), Data assets like sensors, Internet of Things (IoT) devices or machine-to-machine, and Digital identities like second-factor authentication or passwordless login.
Ledger recently announced they are seeking an additional $100 million following its $380 million Series C funding round last year. The new funding will give the firm a higher valuation than the $1.5 billion it received in June 2021.
