Prizes from the game apparently include the opportunity to visit a SAW movie set, having one’s name appear in the next SAW film, getting to visit SAW: The Experience in London, and lastly a number of NFTs from Bored Ape Yacht Club and Doodles, just to name a few.
The website’s official description of the game is as follows:
“SAW Games is the first interactive SAW experience where you and thousands of other people get to play Jigsaw’s games to try to survive. The winners escape with their lives, and with SAW-themed rewards, NFTS, and other prizes.”
Lionsgate is a global content leader who previously partnered with Millennium Media to develop “Action City”. Lionsgate will be the first major film and television studio to enter The Sandbox. Lionsgate’s LAND in The Sandbox will host film-themed experiences and voxelized characters for players.
“Action City” will launch with film franchises including Rambo, The Expendables and Hellboy. Additionally, voxelized items will serve as more than visual props. They will offer players utility as items that can be equipped on player Avatars, the 3D representations of users in the metaverse, or used in original experiences created by players.
