Metaverse platform The Sandbox and media company 11:11 Media have teamed up to launch the Paris Hilton avatar NFT collection featuring the popular Hilton Hotel heiress. NFT holders will receive a free VIP ticket to the upcoming ‘Paris: Live in Concert’.
This collaboration expands Hilton’s previous partnership with The Sandbox after launching Malibu Mansion in August last year, 2022. Followed by a Valentine’s-themed metaverse experience this February, 2023 where players got to participate in an in-game dating reality show. Immutable X and Ambrus Studio recently announced a new partnership “to streamline the next 10M players into web3”. This comes just a month after the Paris Hilton x E4C: Final Salvation NFT collaboration and Ambrus Studio’s $65 million dollar valuation was revealed.
The most recent funding round was led by Spartan Group and M13. With the participation of CVP NLH, 6th Man Ventures, Axia8, Krypital, Red Building Capital, Cobo, Bas1s Ventures, and other investors. Paris Hilton also participated, stating on Twitter that she hopes to help create a sustainable game ecology with Ambrus Studio. 
Muus Collective has just added three women as advisers: Paris Hilton, CEO of 11:11 Media. Geetanjali Dhillon, marketing strategist for global companies. Sabrina Kay, CEO of Fremont Private Investments.
Muus Collective was founded by Sarah Fuchs, who has more than 20 years of experience building, operating, and growing successful game studios. She recently served as vice president and general manager of Covet Fashion, the top fashion mobile gaming platform. She also led production on The Sims Mobile and served as a producer for many PC and console titles at Activision, Maxis, and Electronic Arts. Sarah Fuchs is passionate about making space for female creators and creating products for diverse audiences.
Paris Hilton has collaborated with The Sandbox to launch a Valentine’s-themed metaverse experience. “Parisland” is described as a romantic adventure set on a tropical island featuring Paris Hilton. She will host a metaverse experience where players will participate in an in-game dating reality show where they will interact with five potential romantic partners.
Parisland will be open from February 13th to March 13th, enabling players to enter and participate in Paris Hilton’s reality show to earn rewards. Players can earn points by completing tasks, which include choosing a wedding ring and wedding outfit, finding the secret of the chef’s famed Love Burger, rescuing a castaway, and flirting with other contestants to find their true love.

The first edition of the Decentraland Metaverse Music Festival saw artists 3LAU, Alison Wonderland, Deadmau5, and Paris Hilton on stage. This year the lineup of artists includes top DJs such as Gramatik, Yokoo, Arapu, and Plastik Funk. Other main headliners include Björk, Ozy Ozbourne, Soulja Boy, and Dillon Francis. In total, more than 150 global artists will be part of the festival.
There will also be virtual fashion events, giveaways, airdrops, and more during the festival.

The studio is backed by several big-name investors and builders from a variety of industries including Animoca Brand’s founder Yat Siu, celebrity Paris Hilton and Andreessen Horowitz partner Chris Dixon.
SuperLayer recently announced a new $25 million fund which was led by anchor investor and strategic partner Polygon (the well-known Ethereum scaling solution). The new funding will be used to expand SuperLayer’s operating model and invest in new projects.
Kevin Chou, a managing partner of SuperLayer, stated in a press release: “Given SuperLayer’s focus on speed and quality, Polygon is a natural partner with industry-leading protocols designed to fix blockchain scalability issues that have slowed innovation.”
Paris LAND in The Sandbox will consist of social and community events such as rooftop parties and “glamorous” social experiences in her virtual Malibu Mansion. Individuals will get the opportunity to purchase 11 different avatars “highlighting the queen of the metaverse’s many personalities”. There will also apparently be a “unique” Halloween event, in October 2022.
