Guests at physical or online events hosted by Falcon’s Beyond will soon be able to join the BeyondME metaverse. With the help of Ready Player Me, the well-known metaverse-based avatar and clothing company, guests can upload a selfie to auto-generate their avatar. Players will also apparently be able to earn the in-game currency, called $XP, to upgrade their characters’ clothing or powers.
Cecil D. Magpuri, CEO of Falcon’s Beyond, stated:
“We believe BeyondME is the next evolution of experiential entertainment, expanding the metaverse concept from what is traditionally virtual experiences into the real world at our brick-and-mortar destinations. Our guests will be able to interact with rides, attractions, and experiences across our destination properties, and then continue to build on their experiences long after they’ve returned home.”

Ready Player Me is described as a “cross-game metaverse avatar platform that allows users to explore virtual worlds with one consistent identity.” To date, Ready Player Me has partnerships with more than 3,000 game and app companies using its avatars.
The 3,000 apps across both web2 and web3 include the likes of VRChat, Spatial, Somnium Space, RTFKT, and many more. The company also already works with individual creators and fashion brands such as Adidas, New Balance, Dior, Pull&Bear, and Warner Brothers (Dune movie outfits) to enable cross-game avatar assets across the metaverse.
HiberWorld apparently already supports millions of interconnected virtual worlds. The company states that HiberWorld features a “proprietary next generation 3D engine and is incorporating web3 technology to support digital ownership and interoperability”.
The company is backed by a number of top investors in consumer technology, gaming and blockchain including EQT Ventures, Luminar Ventures, Konvoy Ventures, CMT Digital, Dreamcraft Ventures, SYBO, the mini fund, and others.
Hiber just announced on Twitter that they are partnering with avatar company Ready Player Me to bring cross-platform 3D avatars to their HiberWorld. The collaboration with Ready Player Me will allow users to explore new environments in the metaverse under one identity. Lastly, they will be able to immerse themselves in the platform’s various worlds and games including 3D hangouts, challenges, interactive science museums, roller coasters, art showcases, and more.
