Next-generation mobile game studio BlockGames, in collaboration with international mobile game developer Estoty, are behind the free-to-play mobile RPG blockchain game Shatterpoint for IOS and Android. Shatterpoint is described as an NFT-based game where players choose their Heroes, and battle enemies to earn loot by conquering single or multiplayer battle modes. The story takes place in the “Shatterpoint Universe”.
There are two gaming models: PvE and PvP.
In the PvE, or single-player mode, users battle monsters, build experience, explore worlds, gain resources, and strengthen their character for the ultimate skilled combat, the Arena Battle Mode.
In the PvP Mode, users Team up, battle other players solo, enter tournaments and special events, and win the most valuable rewards in the game. There is a dual-token game economy model that runs on $SHA and $QUA.
Ben Baltramiejunas, Block Game Studios CEO stated:
“We’re really focusing our efforts on creating a great blockchain game, with free-2-play at the core of the gameplay. We aim to make the blockchain side almost invisible, creating a seamless experience for new players whilst empowering the player-owned economy and experienced play-to-earn gamers.”
