The Sandbox has confirmed that 3,333 avatars will be available to mint on July 25th starting at 2 pm UTC. Each of the 3,333 randomly generated avatars will fall into one of the 6 Rarity Tiers: Gold, Diamond, Hybrid, Rainbow, Android, and Human. One avatar will apparently cost 100 $SAND to mint. Each avatar will be a playable asset inside The Sandbox, starting with the upcoming Alpha Season 3. Holding an Aoki avatar will supposedly unlock unique functionalities and grant the possibility to earn $SAND through playing.
